CUBG uses our own in-house secure email system to send and receive secure documents.

Documents are delivered instantly and at a substantial cost savings to the traditional way of sending documents—by overnight courier. Our secure email system is a web-based service, so it requires no expensive hardware or software to install.

Receiving Secure Messages from CUBG:

The first time a CUBG staff member sends you a secure message through this system, you will receive a notification that you have received a secure email message from someone at CUBG. Here's what to do:

1. Open the secure html file that is attached to the notification message
2. Follow the link
3. Log into the system using your email address and the first time password that is provided for you
4. Change your password to one that is a minimum of 8 characters in length
5. Once you have done this, you will be able to access the message and use this method to send secure emails to CUBG.
